We campaign to protect and promote the Amwell area, its architectural heritage, and to encourage a sense of community.

The society serves Pentonville road, Penton Rise, Kings Cross Road, Farringdon Road, Rosebery Avenue, St John Street and all the streets within the area.

It was founded in 1972 and has been looking after important 18th and 19th century houses in this unique locality for 30 years. It is concerned about environmental issues and builds links within the community.

This is our new and improved website, and we are delighted to be able to tell you about the special qualities of the area and encourage you to visit when in London.
